After 10 bids and contractor interviews, we decided to go with Jon. He was willing to work with us to get what we wanted and stay on budget. Great communication the entire project. Always answered questions and kept us informed of the schedule. He completed an 18 x 22 addition, with a crawl space and small deck in just under 90 days, as promised! It was a long process - a major remodel and total regrading of the lot to deal with major water issues. What I really appreciated about John and his site manager, Frank, is that they really tried to lower costs with simple alternatives and not compromising quality. The crew was great, disciplined, and worked efficiently. There were delays in the process, but these were related to the city holding up the permits and then the horrible rain that we received in 2018 and not any failings on the part of the company.
